The plain answer

The form is meant to start a useful conversation, not qualify you with a long technical questionnaire. New website, improve my site, ongoing support, and Not sure are all valid choices. If a current website exists, include the URL. If the business serves a defined area, add that too.

PixelForged uses the submitted details to review the request and reply. The current form asks for a business name, email, starting point, optional website, optional service area, and project note. Do not send passwords, payment information, private customer records, health information, or other sensitive material through this form.

A submitted request is not a contract, confirmed schedule, or final price. PixelForged still needs to review scope and confirm any missing facts.

You can review services, selected work, the project process, and the website cost guide before sending anything. Those pages are there to answer the common questions first. The form is still available when the details are incomplete. A useful first message can be as simple as the business type, current website, and the one thing that needs to work better.

Helpful details

A short useful note beats a perfect brief

For a new site, explain what the business does, where it works, and what a visitor should do next. For a redesign, include the current URL and the parts that feel wrong or cause trouble. For ongoing support, name the platform if you know it and describe the changes that keep coming up.

You can also mention a deadline that is tied to a real event, but it does not become a confirmed delivery date until PixelForged reviews the work. If photos, copy, domain access, or another provider are involved, note what is ready and what is still missing.

What happens next

The request gets reviewed before scope is promised

PixelForged should review the request, look at the current site when provided, and identify the next useful conversation. That may be a short clarification, a discovery call, or a request for access or content needed to estimate the work.

The website must not invent a same-day response, free consultation, fixed estimate window, or available start date.

Privacy

Share only what the project needs

The form sends the supplied details to PixelForged for a reply and uses protections intended to limit abuse. The privacy page should identify the legal entity, service providers, retention period, user rights, and contact method after those details are confirmed.

Until then, avoid any broader privacy claim beyond the verified form behavior.

Questions people ask

Straight answers.

What if I am not sure which service fits?

Choose Not sure and describe what you want customers to understand or do. PixelForged can review the request before recommending a scope.

Can I email instead of using the form?

Yes. The published contact email is admin@pixelforged.com. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer information by email.

Does submitting the form reserve a project date?

No. A date is not reserved until PixelForged explicitly confirms it through the approved agreement process.
