TERMS / CURRENT SITE RULES
Use the site as a practical starting point.
These operational terms explain the current public tools. They do not invent an unconfirmed company identity, governing law, commercial warranty, or dispute process.
The plain answer
PixelForged publishes information about website work and offers a quote form, Design Bot, and Website Draft Bot. You may read the public pages without using the interactive features. Using a bot or sending a form does not guarantee that PixelForged will accept a project, reserve a date, or offer a particular service.
These rules describe safe and honest use of the current site. They are not a complete client contract. No legal entity, business address, effective date, jurisdiction, arbitration position, liability cap, or other location-dependent legal term is stated here because those facts have not been approved.
01 / PUBLIC INFORMATION
Website content is general information
Service, process, resource, work, and industry pages are written to help visitors understand website decisions. They are not a promise that every service, deliverable, platform, schedule, price, or result applies to every project. Any actual engagement needs a written scope that identifies the work, responsibilities, timing, payment terms, and approval process.
The quote form starts a conversation. Submitting it is not an accepted proposal, final price, contract, project reservation, deposit, or promise of availability. PixelForged may ask for more information before deciding whether to quote. A contract begins only through a separate written process agreed by the parties, not through the public form alone.
02 / DESIGN BOT
Design Bot answers a limited set of website questions
Design Bot is limited to website design, development, copy, accessibility, conversion, basic search visibility, local visibility, photography guidance, brand presentation, and PixelForged services. The server checks a question against that topic boundary. Off-topic questions can receive a local refusal without being sent to the model. The tool is not intended for legal, medical, tax, financial, emergency, or safety advice.
AI responses can be wrong, incomplete, repetitive, or based on a misunderstanding of your question. Do not treat a response as professional advice, a factual audit, a quote, or a commitment from PixelForged. Check important facts with an appropriate person before acting on them. You can stop using the bot at any time and contact PixelForged through the ordinary quote path instead.
03 / WEBSITE DRAFT BOT
Generated pages are rough concepts, not finished websites
Website Draft Bot creates a rough homepage concept from five answers. Current limits allow one anonymous first draft for the applicable session and coarse network allowance. A verified email unlocks exactly three AI revisions. Palette changes run in the browser and do not call the model or use a revision. Rate, timeout, safety, and one-request-at-a-time controls also apply.
The server requires structured output and sanitizes returned HTML and CSS. It removes or rejects scripts, event handlers, forms, embedded frames, working navigation, authentication, payments, tracking, and other unsafe behavior. Sanitization does not make the words, visual choices, rights, claims, or accessibility correct. Every generated concept needs factual, design, rights, accessibility, privacy, and security review before production use.
- One first draft
- The anonymous draft allowance is limited by the current session and coarse network controls.
- Three revisions
- Email verification unlocks exactly three AI revisions for the verified session.
- Free color changes
- Palette controls work locally and do not consume an AI revision.
- Rough output
- A sandboxed preview is not a live site, final design, factual approval, or publication service.
04 / YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Submit material you may use and respect the controls
Do not submit material you do not have permission to use. Do not enter passwords, payment data, government identifiers, health information, private customer records, confidential contracts, proprietary code, malware, or instructions intended to break the site. Do not use the tools to impersonate someone, publish false claims, violate another person's rights, or create harmful or unlawful material.
Do not evade session, network, email-verification, rate, quota, timeout, or concurrency limits. Do not probe for secrets, internal prompts, credentials, provider details, or private records. PixelForged can reject or stop requests that are off-topic, abusive, unsafe, technically disruptive, or outside documented limits. This page does not promise an appeal or account-restoration process because the current public tools do not create user accounts.
05 / OUTPUT AND OWNERSHIP
The public tools do not settle ownership rights
A generated draft can contain common patterns, labeled stand-ins, or material that resembles other website conventions. AI output may not be unique. PixelForged does not promise that bot output is original, exclusive, non-infringing, registrable, or suitable for publication. You are responsible for checking names, claims, images, fonts, licenses, trademarks, and other rights before use.
These site rules do not grant or transfer ownership of commissioned work, source files, reusable components, third-party assets, or bot output. They also do not state a portfolio-use license or assign responsibility for open-source and subscription services. A client agreement must cover those points when they apply. Until then, do not assume that submitting a prompt or receiving a draft changes ownership of any material.
06 / SERVICES AND AVAILABILITY
Paid work needs separate written terms
PixelForged has not published a universal price, support tier, subscription plan, renewal cycle, refund policy, service level, or guaranteed response time on this site. Descriptions of planned portal or agent features are roadmap information, not an offer to subscribe. A quote should identify included work, exclusions, client responsibilities, outside fees, timing, payment, cancellation, and handoff details.
The website and bots can be changed, limited, paused, or removed. Provider outages, rate limits, network failures, unsafe model output, and maintenance can interrupt an interactive feature. A failed request may return an error rather than a result. No uninterrupted-availability promise or general warranty is made here. Questions about these rules can be sent to admin@pixelforged.com without a promised response deadline.
Questions people ask
Straight answers.
Is a generated draft a finished website?
No. It is a rough, sandboxed concept. Facts, rights, accessibility, security, and final design still need human review before production use.
Does submitting the quote form start a contract?
No. It sends a request for review. A project requires a separate written agreement accepted by the parties.
Can I rely on Design Bot for legal or financial advice?
No. Design Bot is limited to website-related topics and is not intended for legal, financial, medical, tax, emergency, or safety advice.
Have a terms question?
Ask about current site use. Project terms belong in a separate written agreement.
